Two partners, the whole matter.
JPP LAW is a two-partner firm by design. Justin Yap leads the disputes and digital-asset work. Andrew Poh Seng Yong leads corporate and commercial. Between them the firm covers the full arc of a business’s legal life, from the shareholders’ agreement that sets it up, through the contracts it runs on, to the dispute that tests them.
Being partner-led is not a slogan here. The partner you speak to on the first call is the person who reads your documents, sets the strategy, drafts or argues the matter, and answers your messages. There is no handover to someone more junior once the engagement letter is signed, and no account manager between you and the lawyer doing the work.
Both partners advise in English and Malay, and work with clients across Malaysia and abroad from the firm’s office at Pavilion Tower, Kuala Lumpur.
